Kimberlee enjoys helping others feel confident in dealing with any concerns or challenges that may occur along their life’s path. Kimberlee believes healing doesn’t always have to start with words; sometimes it begins with movement, creativity, and play. Whether it’s through dance, drawing, storytelling, or simply having space to be yourself, I help children, teens, and young adults (ages 5–25) process emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel natural and safe. Kimberlee specializes in working with youth and young adults experiencing:
• Anxiety and overthinking
• Depression or emotional shutdown
• Life transitions, like changing schools, relationships, or identity shifts
• Family and parenting challenges
• Self-expression issues and identity exploration
Kimberlee approach blends play therapy, movement (dance), and creative expression with evidence-based tools to support emotional growth, connection, and resilience. Every session is tailored to the client’s personality, interests, and developmental stage; whether that’s a 5-year-old learning to self-soothe through play or a college student navigating independence and self-discovery.
