Sequoia has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology. Sequoia’s journey began in the beautiful landscapes of North Carolina, where she cultivated her fascination with human behavior and mental processes. Sequoia academic journey led her to specialize in Child and Developmental Psychology during her Master’s program, where she delved into understanding the intricacies of childhood development and its lifelong impacts.

Sequoia traversed from North Carolina to the vibrant state of Texas, and now finding her home in Virginia, she been fortunate to experience diverse cultures and communities, enriching her perspective as an aspiring psychologist. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds solace and joy in spending quality time with her loving family. Sequoia is proudly married and blessed with a wonderful daughter who continually inspires her to see the world through fresh eyes.

Whether it’s unraveling the complexities of the human mind or cherishing precious moments with her family, she is constantly driven by curiosity and compassion in both her personal and professional endeavors.
