DR. TIARA WATFORD-GORDON, LCSW
Dr. Tiara Watford-Gordon is the Founder and Clinical Director of Inspired to Grow Counseling & Therapy, where she leads with a steadfast commitment to healing, empowerment, and sustainable emotional wellness. Her work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep belief in every individual’s capacity for growth. Through a client-centered approach, Dr. Watford-Gordon supports individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, clarity, and long-term well-being.
Dr. Watford-Gordon earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Elizabeth City State University, her Master of Social Work from Fayetteville State University, and her Doctor of Social Work from Capella University. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., reflecting her dedication to service, leadership, and community impact.
With extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, Dr. Watford-Gordon specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD assessments, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Her clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices, fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to develop meaningful coping strategies.
In addition to traditional therapy services, Dr. Watford-Gordon has advanced expertise in supporting caregivers of individuals with special needs, assisting adults with IDD and Autism in strengthening emotional expression and reducing aggressive behaviors, and guiding families through high-conflict blended family dynamics. She also provides premarital counseling (six-week minimum), emotional support animal assessments, and bariatric surgery psychological evaluations, offering comprehensive and specialized care for complex needs.
Dr. Watford-Gordon believes therapy should be collaborative, affirming, and individualized, honoring each client’s unique story and lived experience. As a leader, she is deeply committed to cultivating a practice culture that is inclusive, supportive, and rooted in authenticity both for the clients served and the clinicians she leads.
Outside of her clinical and leadership roles, Dr. Watford-Gordon prioritizes family, personal growth, balance, and self-care, believing that wellness begins with intentional care for the whole self.
Latrese is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and warmly congratulates you on taking the first step toward reclaiming control of your life. Latrese received her BSW and MSW from Norfolk State University. Latrese helps her clients understand that beginning therapy takes courage, and choosing to invest in yourself is a powerful act of self-awareness and strength. Life is a journey, and at times it can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even hopeless but you do not have to navigate it alone. As your therapist, Latrese is here to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and encouragement as you work toward getting back on track. In treatment, Latrese integrates evidence-based modalities with a reality-based, practical approach to help you uncover your strengths and unlock your full potential. She works collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful or irrational beliefs that may be interfering with happiness, peace, and personal growth. Her therapeutic style is flexible, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self.
Latrese commonly works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life adjustments, and she is deeply committed to meeting clients exactly where they are in their journey. She believes that healing happens at your pace and your time is your time. Above all, Latrese views therapy as a team effort. You are the expert on your own life, and together, you will work toward meaningful change, clarity, and empowerment.

LATRESE STUBBS, LCSW
DR. TIFFANY BOYKIN

Dr. Boykin is a seasoned clinician, educator, and faith leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning social services, ministry, and counseling. She holds a PhD in Counseling with Advanced Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University, a Master of Divinity from Interdenominational Theological Center, and a Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. Dr. Boykin is an ordained Elder and has served in numerous leadership roles, including as a United States Navy Chaplain, Pastor of a Contemporary Worship Service in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, a Veterans Hospital Chaplain in Washington, DC, and a Military OneSource Counselor in Virginia. She is currently practicing as a Virginia Board–approved Supervisee in Social Work (Clinical). Dr. Boykin brings a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, thoughtfully integrating evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
She works collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and maladaptive behaviors, while emphasizing personal strengths as tools for growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Her work is grounded in meeting clients exactly where they are on their life journey and supporting them as they navigate complex personal, relational, and emotional challenges. At the core of Dr. Boykin’s practice is a deep commitment to building authentic, trusting relationships. She strives to create a safe, confidential, and affirming space where clients feel empowered to share their truth, clarify goals, and develop effective coping strategies. Through compassion, insight, and unwavering support, Dr. Boykin helps clients move toward healing, balance, and lasting transformation.
Raven is a compassionate, client-centered therapist who believes every person deserves the space and support to fully own their story without being defined by their past. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Old Dominion University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. Raven’s therapeutic approach explores the many parts that make us who we are: our experiences, trauma, patterns, and present-day dynamics while helping clients build practical coping skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals to break free from cycles that no longer serve them and to create lives that feel authentic and aligned.
With experience across diverse settings, including mentorship focused on economic mobility, Raven brings a broad, compassionate lens to her work. Her style is person-centered, strength-focused, and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique goals because healing is not one-size-fits-all.

RAVEN WILLIAMS, MSW
Kimberlee is a Resident in Social Work who believes healing does not always begin with words, sometimes it starts with movement, creativity, and play. Through play, dance, drawing, storytelling, and other expressive activities, she supports children, teens, and young adults (ages 3–25) in processing emotions, building confidence, and navigating life’s challenges in ways that feel natural, safe, and empowering. Kimberlee specializes in working with anxiety and overthinking, depression or emotional withdrawal, life transitions such as school changes, relationships, and identity shifts, family and parenting challenges, and difficulties with self-expression and identity exploration.
Her therapeutic approach blends play therapy, movement (dance), and creative expression with evidence-based tools to promote emotional growth, connection, and resilience. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the client’s personality, interests, and developmental stage, whether supporting a young child in learning self-soothing skills through play or guiding a young adult through independence and self-discovery. Above all, Kimberlee creates a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they take meaningful steps toward healing.

AMANI DUDLEY-POWELL, MSW
Amani is a Supervisee in Social Work who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Norfolk State University. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s emotional, relational, and transitional challenges with clarity and confidence. Amani works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem and body image concerns, career and school stress, life transitions, parenting and caregiver fatigue, relationship challenges (including marital and premarital concerns), women’s issues, behavioral concerns, and difficulties developing healthy coping skills.
Amani’s therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused modalities. Therapy with Amani is collaborative, supportive, and empowering centered on understanding your story, building practical tools, and helping you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.
Kalimah Perry is a Resident in Counseling who works with adults and children navigating grief, loss, and emotional overwhelm. She supports clients facing complex forms of grief, including the loss of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or the loss of hoped-for futures. Many of the individuals Kalimah works with feel emotionally stuck or exhausted and are seeking a compassionate space to process their experiences and move forward with clarity and purpose. Kalimah’s approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. She provides a supportive environment where clients can safely explore their emotions, better understand their triggers, and build resilience over time. Therapy with Kalimah goes beyond symptom relief; she helps clients find meaning in their experiences and develop tools that support long-term emotional healing and growth.
Kalimah works with individuals, families, and couples across a range of life challenges. She draws from multiple therapeutic approaches and tailors therapy to each client’s evolving needs and goals. Together, clients and Kalimah identify patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and create space for hope, even in the most difficult moments. Kalimah believes grief does not have to be faced alone and welcomes the opportunity to support clients as they take meaningful steps toward healing.

KAMILAH PERRY, MA
Arthur Boykin is a Resident in Counseling with a strong passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities through life’s emotional and relational challenges. He holds a dual Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University and brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to his work with clients. Arthur specializes in working with veterans experiencing PTSD, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and men’s issues. He also works with children ages 11 and older, couples seeking marital counseling, and individuals participating in group therapy. In addition, Arthur has experience supporting clients as they navigate church-related concerns and faith-based challenges, offering a respectful and balanced space to explore these experiences. Arthur’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
He is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Whether addressing personal struggles, relationship dynamics, or faith-related stressors, Arthur works alongside clients to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

Samantha Solorzano is a Supervisee in Social Work who earned her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, substance use concerns, suicidal ideation, and stress, as well as those carrying the emotional weight of chronic illness or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Samantha also works with clients navigating life transitions, relationship and peer challenges, self-esteem concerns, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ experiences, and the development of healthy coping skills. Samantha offers a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy that meets clients where they are.
She draws from evidence-based practices to help individuals explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in meaningful and practical ways. Together, she and her clients build coping strategies that align with their values and lifestyles, making therapy both supportive and empowering. At the heart of Samantha’s work is the belief that healing begins in a space where you can be honest without judgment, a space that feels calm, safe, and centered around you. She is committed to helping clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and regain a sense of control over their lives. Myia Demiel, Operations Manager
Myia is our Operations Manager who keeps Inspired to Grow moving forward. From managing systems and schedules to supporting staff and improving processes, she makes sure everything runs efficiently so clinicians can focus on what matters most: providing quality care. Her role is all about balance, organization, and making the practice feel seamless for both clients and staff.
